These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Go By Plan Technologies Private Limited ("Go By Plan", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office in Calicut, Kerala.
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or if you are between 13 and 17 years of age, that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
